Gazing into the waves of the massive Atlantic can bring about a sense of possibility, serenity, or clarity - sometimes all at once. With this recipe, we looked to the expansive scope of the IPA category and created a refined nod to what inspires us about it. Oceans is guided by dual tides of Citra and Strata, using a double dry hop to accentuate punchy notes of tropical and citrus fruit, with a subtle touch of bitterness to round things out. At 6.5% ABV it ebbs and flows with many of the hop-forward qualities we seek in a beer that can be enjoyed multiple times over. Relatable, yet intriguing all the same.
