This beer utilizes roasted oat malt, chit malt and munich 2 for a sweet, honey toast malt character that supports the candied fruit forward hops. Idaho Gem brings subtle cherry aromas while HBC 630 and HBC 586 bring big aromas of mango, red berry and citrus juice.
